Privacy and cookies

How we handle the information you share with us through this website.

Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Right IT Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 08694529), First Floor, Office 4, 437–441 Coventry Road, Birmingham B10 0TH. Contact us about privacy at info@rightit.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, the number of screens and your message. If you call one of our brands, calls may be answered by our team or by an AI receptionist; calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide the products and services you ask for, and support you as a customer. Our lawful bases are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Website enquiries are stored securely with our website platform provider, Wix.com, and handled by our team in Google Workspace. These providers act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Wix, may set essential cookies needed to deliver and secure the site. When you send the enquiry form, your browser stores a short-lived technical token so the form can be submitted securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and animation libraries from jsDelivr, which receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email info@rightit.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
